Sketch Crawl Cleveland Museum ot Art 3/12/2011

| It is always a pleasure to sketch at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Today was the standard cold and overcast day typical of March in Cleveland. Burlesque Dancers

| I went to sketch at a Burlesque show where the girls were actually modeling. I won a prize for the best one minute non-dominant hand sketch. My prize was a pair of fishnet stockings......oh Lord! The sketch above was a 10 minute sketch and I won a t-shirt. Must have been my lucky day. |

And now my friends, catch your spirit, catch your soul were the words used by Wahid, our guide, to describe each wonder of Egypt. I find myself wandering back to this moment on the Nile when the sun was setting in the Valley of the Kings and the colors of Egypt were alive.
